Bobbie Lynn lives in the neighborhood and town where our property was located. We talked about how to set the list price, she made an aerial video of the property exterior, took interior pics, and worked with a house stager. We didn't even need a sign because we got a full price offer within hours of listing online. She did all appropriate due diligence--excellent experience. We had a very positive sales experience. She is a top notch realtor!

Seller reviewOne and a half years ago, we were moving from California. Bobbie lynn was the only realtor that responded to me in a very timely manner. It was important i felt i could trust her over a phone conversation, since we were 3000 miles away. She was awesome! Here we are 1.5 years later, she sold that same house for us in 5 days. Helped us navigate through a 2 month long escrow on a house that wasn't meant to be, and now in escrow for a house we absolutely love!
