Seller reviewBolivar Bravo was a life saver for me. I thought my home was not in the appropriate condition for a traditional sale, so I was looking at cash offers. He showed me the comps in my area, and he was confident that a tradition sale was in my best interest. He was absolutely correct. Had it not been for Bolivar, I would have sold my home for $235k less than what I was considering. He made a huge difference in the process, and everything he did was in my best interests. I can't say enough good things about Bolivar, and I am extremely appreciative of his help.

He was knowledgeable, understanding and most importantly caring. My partner and I had lots of fun searching for our dream home with him. He felt more like a family member than a realtor. I have already recommended him to everyone I know. If you are looking for a realtor you don't need to look any further, Bolivar is the man. Bolivar knew who to ask what and what to say. As a first time home buyer the process seemed daunting. However going through this with someone who know so much made me feel at ease.He was very good at explaining everything. He is a very honest and kind person. Even though our escrow took months he never stoped communication. Boliver understood my needs and was willing to meet me at my level. Amazing simply amazing. He educated me on everything. I never felt scared. He is what a realtor is supposed to be. It was a pleasure to have him be my realtor.

Buyer reviewAs first time home buyers we felt overwhelmed at times, but Bolivar Bravo's knowledge and patience made the process easier. He was very familiar with the South Bay area and was great at communicating and explaining the timing throughout the whole process. He took the time to walk us through the language in the contracts and answered all of our questions to make sure we understood. His friendly personality and positive attitude made it very easy to work with him, and we would definitely recommend him to our friends and family in the future.
