Buyer reviewI spoke to several other brokers (all women, interestingly enough) and without fail they were interested in: Themselves; NOT my family; making a quick buck; ripping me off. Bonita was the exact OPPOSITE of that. She is wonderful. And very, very patient. We didn't have a lot of hope for selling our old house at a good price, and she got us way more than we expected--plus it sold FAST. Never would have made it through the purchasing process without her, either. Very happy with our new home.

Seller reviewI HATE moving. I was very worried about getting our home sold for a decent price, and even more worried about getting it done before our new house was finished being built. Bonita pulled me off the ceiling more than once. She helped me deal with my Husband (who doesn't do ANYTHING quickly) while we decided where we wanted to build. She was encouraging and kind. I had met with several other realtors before going to an open house where I met Bonita--I was not impressed with them. Three real estate agents--1 was absolutely insultingly arrogant--1 stopped paying attention to me as soon as I said we weren't putting our house on the market in the next 5 minutes--and 1, well, I hate to say it, but she was just--not bright. (Am I allowed to say that?) Anyhow--from the moment I met Bonita I could tell things would be different--and they have been. She's awesome. She needs a tiara...

Seller reviewWe interviewed two other realtors before we interviewed Bonita. The first one suggested that we list our house for a higher price and make no repairs (they did this before they saw the house by the way). The second suggested that we list our house for a much lower price and make more repairs than were necessary. Bonita recommended that we list our house for a price that I felt was fair and to only make repairs that made sense. The first impression that I got from Bonita was that she was a very trustworthy person who is approachable and easy to work with. She went out of her way to make herself available to us and even helped us find a realtor in the town we were moving to. Bonita sold our house in two weeks and we got our full asking price. The entire process with her was very smooth and we could not be happier with her. We will be moving back to the area in a few years and we will be using Bonita Vickrey and CENTURY 21 Platinum Properties again.

Buyer reviewBonita was so pleasant and worked hard to find us the house of our dreams. Moving over 500+ miles to a new community is very hard. Bonita kept us abreast of new homes as they came to market She was very knowledgeable about the paperwork, multiple communities and out of state requirements. She helped us the find another realtor to complete an additional house sale nearly 100 mile away for our family. She jumped through hoops during the holidays to make sure we saw all the available properties in the area. She did it ALL!
