Bonnie has a lot of local knowledge and reliable connections that helped make the overall home buying process smoother. She is very responsive to texts and phone calls. She has practical knowledge of house infrastructure and will give honest opinions on wether or not she thinks a feature of a home is not in your best interest and conversely, if something that looks like a problem can be easily fixed. Her follow up is excellent. We felt like we were working with an advocate of our best interest from start to finish. I highly recommend this down to earth, knowledgeable, practical agent with a good sense of humor as a bonus!

I have known Bonnie for about 25 years. When we finally decided to sell our house and purchase another, we knew Bonnie would be the best person to help us find our new home. We sold our other home privately to friends and Bonnie helped us deal with inspections and timing on that sale even though the house wasn't listed with her! For our purchase, Bonnie was incredibly helpful. She is a trooper! We even had to shovel snow to get into one house, and she had a shovel in her car!!! She took us to see many many houses. We looked at everything from fixer uppers to totally renovated homes. She had many suggestions for us regarding different styles of homes. She always was very quick to answer and questions via text or call. We had a closing delay and she dealt with me being very panicked and she always calmed me down. Bonnie Miranda is a true partner, helped us sell the New York house quick and took care of many additional items for us as we are in North Carolina. From her normal Relator duties, to ensuring plenty of showings, opening up the house ahead of prospective buyers to ensure it was tidy and comfortable, and even watering my house plants. She really took great care of us. When the first offer fell through on the very last day of the contract Bonnie sprang into action, showing the house that same day and securing an offer we accepted the next morning. We really appreciated her lightening speed actions in ensuring our house was not on the market too long. Bonnie was very efficient and kept us looped in with everything that was happening with the sale of this home. This was appreciated by us since we moved into our new home in North Carolina before we sold our house in New York.
