As with the purchase of our current home Brad knew all the right cards to play. This house had some unique challenges in marketing/selling it. Brad kept us positive and the process moving nicely. Brad is both a really nice guy to work with and very good at his job. My wife and I had an immediate connection with him. He is a very genuine person and doesn't have any of the stereotypical traits of someone in sales. He just wants to do well for his clients. Can't recommend strongly enough! 5 Stars!
