Brad handled my purchase every step of the way. Being that this is the first home I have purchased he took his time explaining every step along the way and always answered any questions in a very timely manner. The Century 21 staff spent the time to walk me through every page of my Co-op application to ensure I was prepared for my interview. They spent their time making sure all copies were made and checks properly written. I felt like there was an entire team making sure I was able to purchase my home.
