Brady Boren of CENTURY 21 Everest

Brady Boren was a tremendous agent to work with. He did everything to help us find the right home and did not complain one time, even though we dragged him through 50+ walk throughs. He worked hard helping us negotiate the right price on our offers, but gave us no pressure when we felt we had to walk away from a bad inspection, or an unreasonable counter offer. He was always pleasant, cheery, made us and the other home owners comfortable when we would show up to see homes. He was very flexible in his schedule, and was sure to alert us early if there were conflicts, but we never felt like he had no time for us. He was very knowledgeable about what the market likes, what he has seen that would not add value to a home, and what he has seen that has "hidden" value. We also saw some one of a kind homes that I don't know if I will ever forget (and not in a good way). Sorry about those Brady! Those were my fault. This was our third home purchase in 8 years. We have worked with many agents over that timeframe. So I am not just trying to be nice - Brady Boren is the best agent we have ever worked with! Thank you Brady!

I searched for houses on the net about six months prior to actually looking. Brady was the first to call. He was friendly, but not pushy. Always asked permission to check back. And he always did. No other agent ever called me. Got emails from a few, but none were serious about helping us. Brady is knowledgeable about his profession. He is also patient, empathetic and he is a good listener. We enjoyed working with Brady, and will do so again if the need arises. I have already recommended him to some friends.

I was new to the area and didn't necessarily want to use my friend's realtors. I was impressed with the professional chemistry with Brady and cannot imagine I would have the house I have now without him. This sale wasn't easy, and Brady never gave up. When I was ready to throw in the towel he was willing to keep going to make it work out. He is a spectacular human who really understood what I needed in a house and who I was as a person to get me into the house I didn't even know I needed :)
