For example, we had multiple meetings where he would just help explain things to me and make sure that I understood the house buying process. 3. You're buying a HOME, he knows that it's not just four walls and a roof. He is helping you with what you want. I knew that I wanted 2+ bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms, an idea of square footage. I found a place that beats all of my "checklist" while still being in my price range. Brady has great knowledge of the area and he will help you find your HOME. 4. Brady is wonderful, kind, patient, understanding, knowledgeable, trustworthy and does his best to help you.
