Seller reviewBrandon was absolutely phenomenal for the sale of our home. The day after we decided to move out of state for a job opportunity, Brandon was at our house at a time that worked for us, at such short notice, and within 24 hours of contacting him. He laid everything out for us and had a photographer stopping by to take photos of the house in less than a weeks time. From that point, the MLS posting went live within a few hours of the professional photos being received and then we received an offer and accepted that offer within 24 hours of the listing being posted. When closing time came around to sign papers, my husband and I were already living out of state. Brandon was so wonderful in making sure that papers were sent to us, let us know exactly what needed to be notarized, and then was there at closing to act as our power of attorney for the closing meeting. With Brandon able to walk us through the process the entire way and then to take care of everything when we were out of state is something that we are truly grateful for. It save my husband and I the hassle and inconvenience to take off work, travel back to Wisconsin, and find daycare for our son. We cannot thank Brandon enough for all he's done in such a short period of time.

Being first time home-buyers, we were not familiar with the terminology or the best way to go about the home buying process. Brandon was more than willing to take the time to help us understand. He answered every question, explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Brandon is knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including weekends, evenings and mornings over a couple of months). With the market being as difficult as it currently is, Brandon did his best to relieve our stress level by offering his guidance and a knowledge about the range of homes that we looked at. We hope to be in our new home for a long time, but if we were to move, we would not hesitate to work with Brandon again. We highly recommend him!

I have sold two homes with Century 21 within the last nine months, exceptional service in every way! Brandon exceeded my expectations in all aspects of the home listing, showings, inspections and sale. It is not easy to exceed my high expectations but he did.
