Brandon Halleck began his journey in real estate in August of 2004, when he obtained his license and began working with his grandmother in Putnam County. Two years ago, Brandon made a change and focus his real estate business in the community he had grown to know and love, the Wabash Valley. As a community member, business owner, and nonprofit professional, Brandon strives to make the Wabash Valley a better place for all. He is extremely personable, and has strong skills in all areas of negotiations. He is extremely reliable and does what he says he is going to do in a very timely manner. It is extremely important to me to be able to contact and communicate with anyone who I do business with, and Mr. Halleck excels in his communication skills. He is very knowledgeable and is skillful in assisting with issues in a rational and logical manner. Although the market for selling property locally is very strong, it still takes someone who can guide all parties involved into actually closing the deal in a satisfactory manner to all parties involved.

Buyer reviewWe had no idea texting Brandon about estimating a possible sale of our house would lead to a whirlwind of prepping a house for sale in a week, selling in 10 hours, then finding the PERFECT home for our growing family. There is absolutely no way we would have kept our sanity without Brandon's calm demeanor, honest feedback, and occasional jokes. He was always available (which is insane given his level of involvement in other organizations) and he always kept our best interest in mind. We felt like we were his only client, even though we knew he had many others, and he went to bat for us every time. I would 100% recommend Brandon to anyone looking to buy, sell, or both! With this crazy market, you need an expert at your side, and Brandon is definitely that guy.
