A few years back, I attended a few open houses. I was not looking to sell but knew I would be in the next few years so I wanted to see what was on the market. I had several experiences where the hosting agent did not even make eye contact as we looked through houses, but rather stayed on the phone the entire time. I then attended an open house hosted by Breanne Holzer. Breanne impressed me so much at that open house, that I left that day saying when I was ready to sell, Breanne would be the only choice for me. When we did sell, our house was listed one evening. The next day, we had six showings and an offer, which we accepted! Breanne knows this business and did such a great job for us! She took care of things swiftly and kept me updated. I could have easily gone into panic mode, but I didn't because Breanne had everything taken care of before I had the chance to panic. Our closing date ultimately changed and I needed to be out of town for work. Breanne attended the closing in person, and kept me updated at every step. Right down to letting me know when the buyers had arrived and when everyone had started signing. I was still able to experience the excitement of closing, even from a distance. There is no doubt in my mind, Breanne was the best agent we could have selected. I have and will continue to refer her to anyone looking to purchase or sell.
