Seller reviewMy husband and I wanted someone friendly, approachable, and hard working. We found all of those qualities in Brenda. Despite all the paperwork and stress, Brenda worked very hard to make the process go as smoothly as possible. Brenda treated my husband and me as if we were her only clients. And we know that wasn't true! She had many other customers in addition to us. We really enjoyed our time with her, and she has become a friend as well as having been our broker. My husband and I feel that Century 21 worked hard to meet our realty needs. If the need arises, we would certainly use them again. We did recommend Brenda to two friends, and they chose her to be their realtor. She is an exceptional woman who really loves her job and is willing to go above and beyond what is expected of her. Benda gives Century 21 Ace Realty a good name! The only disadvantage to having sold our home so quickly is that we won't be able to see Brenda as often as well would like to.

Brenda's of technology to allow us to manage things electronically was super helpful, like setting up a timeline, signings..etc. Overall, I could not be happier with my purchase. Seller reviewBrenda was truly amazing to work with. She came and looked at our home told us some things that we could do to make it look better. She did this in a very respectful manner and never once made us feel like our house was trashy or anything like that. Just gave us hints on what would help sell the house as quickly as possible. Having two big dogs Brenda came up with a strategy where we could have an open house and showings where we only had to get the dogs out of the house just a couple times that was huge. Through the whole process she was very approachable you could ask her any questions at any time of the day or night and she would get back to you right away. The most stressful part of the wholesale is as you get closer to closing and she eased our minds on any concerns We had. Unfortunately due to the coronavirus outbreak she was unable to help celebrate at our closing but she made sure to get a hold of us in a different way. I highly recommend Brenda if you are looking for an agent she was truly amazing!!!!
