Seller reviewI did not know Brenda prior to working with her to sell my home in Snohomish. I found her name not the internet and was intrigued by her sale credentials. Upon meeting with her, I was impressed by her knowledge of sales in the area and her research justifying the list price she recommended for my home. Other agents had suggested a much lower list price and a different marketing plan, but Brenda was confident on her strategy and my house sold on its review date and for a price much higher than other agents had even suggested. The buyer had some issues with getting their loan, but Brenda worked closely with the buyers agent and loan officer to make sure our contract when through. I am probably not even aware of all the phone calls and emails she sent on my behalf, but she got the job done and my sale closed. Brenda is professional, helpful and knows her job. You can be confident that Brenda will work for your best interest and represent you well.

Seller reviewOriginally I had put my house on the market the end of the 3rd Q 2016. Life took some interesting turns and I made the decision to take the house off the market after only 60 days. Brenda was very understanding and allowed time for my life to settle allowing me to make the right decision for me. I called Brenda in January 2017 after I had finally made a huge life decision (accepting another job and relocated to another state) and again put the house back on the market. Through all the unsettled areas of my life, Brenda was truly understanding and I always felt she really had my best interest. When I relocated, Brenda communicated often, letting me know what was going on and how the market was doing. She helped me find a contractor to do some repairs, met people at the house in my absence and really facilitated on my behalf. Brenda Rumball really went the extra mile for me. I felt like I was her only client even though I knew I wasn't. It was just that personal touch, communicating, caring and understanding which made the experience the best it could have possibly been. I would recommend Brenda Rumball without reservation.
