I have lived in Southern Illinois since 1994. I have been in real estate since 1999. I really enjoy selling and listing real estate in Southern Illinois. My family and I have loved living in this area. There is something about Southern Illinois that makes you want to stay or makes you want to come back ! From the parks to historical sites and of course my favorite, fishing. We are surrounded by the Shawnee National Forest with numerous lakes to enjoy. Buyer reviewBrenda was great. We lived in northern Illinois and my mother and I made a trip down in October 2012 and looked at houses. My husband and I were first time home buyers and she lead us through the maze. We had a difficult situation with the home we were buying because it was an estate sale and there were three parties involved on the sellers side. We were supposed to close the middle of November 2012 but were told by her that all three parties had to sign off on home. We were ready to move in a few days. She called the sellers and asked if we could move into the home anyway since the delay was not on our side. The sellers agreed. Well now it is January 2013 and we just closed on the house about 10 days ago. She was great and my parents are in the process of relocating to southern Illinois and I have recommended her to them.
