I am from Huron County and have lived in the area most of my life. Always responded promptly to questions. She was really on top of every detail. From our first encounter, Brenda was great. She was flexible dealing with clients who did not live in the area, meeting with us at about the midpoint between her office and our Warren location. She was considerate and patient assisting my 87 year old Mom, who has some speech and hearing challenges. Brenda was very prompt in providing all the necessary paperwork, responding to questions and dealing with unexpected roadblocks. AND... she made a quick sale!
