Seller reviewMany agents have contacted me to sell my property BUT ONLY Brent simply offered to evaluate the value (price) of the property. This ocurred much earlier in the year EVEN though I told him I had NO PLANS TO SELL THE PROPERTY, but would be interested in his assessment of the current value at that time. He provided a through analysis with several comps. Some months later, when I decided to sell, Brent was the obvious "go to" agent since he had already helped me with nothing expected directly in return. AND, he did an outstanding job in representing my property. I've sold many properties - this experience with Brent was clearly the smoothest and by far my best experience. Very thorough, competent and willing to do what it took to make this sale happen with minimal issues. Worked VERY well with both the tenant and the Property Management Company that was managing the property. Brent was TOTALLY on top of this sale from the time of the offer through the closing. Complicated a bit because it was a rental property and the tenant had been given a 30 day notice. Brent worked with the tenant, established a positive relationship with her which helped the entire process to conclude smoothly - which it did.

I was updated regularly about the current status of offer, he did research to get answers to my questions and always got back to me in a timely manner. He made every effort to meet my needs. This is the second time I worked with Brent in the past 4 months, I couldn't be more satisfied. I would definitely recommend Brent as an agent to my friends and family.

He took care of everything for us since we live 400 miles away from the property we sold. He worked with the buyer's agent, lender, title company, and would always give us a daily progress on how things were going. Within four days he had offers from three buyers. The final sale amount ended up being substantially more than the original sale price! Thank you Brent for all your good work!

Seller reviewWe relocated to Coeur d Alene over 15 years ago, and loved the area at first sight. We had reservations about moving to an area we were SO unfamiliar with, especially the winters. So, a year before our move, we made appointments with the 3 top real estate companies in the area. We stayed at a hotel and an agent with each one of the companies picked us up and showed us all over the different cities. This is how we came to meet Mr Brent Heleker. We made it quite clear to each agent that ours was a scouting mission, that we would not be purchasing at that moment but a year later. Brent was the only agent that was truly interested in our needs and showed us areas and properties that he thought would suit our lifestyle and needs, advised us, and kept us informed throughout the next year on a regular basis. The other agents from different companies were really not excited to know that they were not getting a "buyer" at that moment. We were made to feel insignificant. Brent Heleker had properties lined up and was ready to go as soon as we retired. We flew in, and bought a great home that Brent had found for us.
