This was my first house I've ever purchased, Brian Clark talked through all of the steps and stayed in constant contact with me, even while on vacation! Brian is easy to talk with, responds quickly to text/calls/emails. Brian is just an overall great guy. I would HIGHLY recommend him!!

Brian was very knowledgeable in regards to house details. What was a good thing and not good in regards to homes we looked at. He did his homework on each home before coming to meet us and letting us know what had been updated and what had not. He knew very important details for instance how old a water heater was, or how old a roof was which is very important information. Among being a great agent and knowing specific details about the homes and what we were looking for, he is an extremely kind person. He was great to talk to and my little girl really took to him and loved when we would tell her we were going to met Brian to look at a house. Overall, just a very very awesome person.

Brian's communications were prompt. He answered my questions when they occurred. His recommendations and sale plan were on point. House was listed on a Thursday and by noon on Saturday, I had 4 offers. House sold for over asking price. Brian worked well with the buyer's agent to get the sale and closing completed quickly. My best comment would be that I would highly recommend Brian to others as a realtor.
