Brian's knowledge of the area was very helpful in coming up with a sale price. Brian was dealing with three sets of owners, he never lost patience. Two of whom had to have papers fedexed back and forth. Yet we closed on time with no delays.

He provided a business card while he was waiting for his client to arrive, and shared details about the property of interest. In every future instance, Brian Friebel responded to my call or text in a timely fashion. In this fast paced market, as decisions needed to be made quickly, Brian Friebel guided me through the process which involved 3 showings of the selected property/including weekends and a lengthy session in his office to include formulating a successful offer. This session included informative information regarding benefits of an escalation clause. I hope this information is helpful and supportive to Brian Friebel in his professional career in real estate!
