Brian is a fantastic broker. He was an amazing guide on this crazy journey. Losing a loved one is overwhelming enough and then you realize you have to take care of the real estate left behind. We appreciate Brian for taking the guess work out of this and always having our best interests at heart. He listed this property, and closed on it so quickly. We are in awe and forever grateful!

Brian was very pleasant on our first meeting. He listened to everything we said. He did the price point right there in our living room and the price we settled on was spot on. We even got $$ above the asking price! He answered every phone call and text, and was a gentlemen every step of the process. We are big fans! We have moved several times and this was the best experience by far. I checked EXCELLENT because it was true for all points.
