He also heard us when we said we did not have to sell our home, but that we want to recoup as much as we could from our years of loving improvements to our home. We received so many offers within two days we had to stop taking offers. The most impressive thing Brian did was,after the first contract fell thru, he had a second buyer under contract the same day. Brian really worked for us and offered his experience when need. Selling your home that you have experienced life in for 20 years is not easy. Brian saw the sensitivity of that and treated it professionally. The process is an anxious process and Brian helped us thru those issues.
