I began my real estate Career in 1983. I have grown in the company from Sales Person, to Associate Broker to Sales Manager. I have had ownership of investment and commerical ventures which have added to my experience and understanding of the real estate business. Brian coordinated showings with other brokers in an orderly fashion. Length of time of the listing to the actual sale was due to being listed as the winter time frame and misc completion of items that I needed to provide for the sale. Can they clone Brian? As mentioned earlier a pleasure to deal with an asset to C-21 Select Group. Brian McCardle is very knowledgeable about the entire real estate sales process, helping both the buyer and seller through the sale. He is up on the current trends in the marketplace, finance options, market analysis. He is responsive and follows through with his commitments and is accessible to answer questions as needed. He is a professional real estate sales person and his years of experience show in his interaction with his customers/clients.

Having Brian McCardle as our realtor was the best thing that happened to us as we began the long process of selling my mom's house long distance. Two potential buyers had backed out of the deal for certain reasons but Brian never gave up. He worked so hard to sell this little half-double house and proceeded with such care and respect for my mom's concerns that we would gladly nominate him for "Realtor of the Year"...if there was ever such an award!
