When we sat down with Brian Panacek, it was immediately obvious to us that he was going to be invested in finding us a home that both of us were going to be proud to call our first home. It was also very clear that both of our (significant other and myself) wishlists were going to be part of his criteria for selecting homes to show us. Mr. Panacek worked around the clock, even sending us updates and responding to our questions after-hours. His eagerness to make us happy made choosing him an easy decision and we will be recommending him to any and all friends and family. He was also not afraid to point out potential problems that he noticed with properties as we were walking through them.
