The property she found was perfect, it suited our needs perfectly. There was never any missteps or hesitation on getting the information needed to make an informed decision. We have purchased over 20 properties and Brittney has been the most knowledgeable and professional person we've ever had the pleasure working with. She is a true credit to her profession. From our initial phone call, we knew she had a listening ear for what our goal was and worked diligently to help us achieve what we were searching for. It was not a difficult decision to move forward with her. Brittney made our first time with the home buying process as stress free as possible, was quick to follow up with questions, and made us feel good about having her advocate on our behalf. Whenever we spoke with her we knew she was giving us information and guidance that was in our best interest and never felt pressured to make any decision we were not comfortable with. We loved our experience with her so much, we recommend her to my brother in law and his wife as they begin a search for their first home as well!

Buyer reviewAs an out-of-state buyer, it wasn't always easy for me to get to Sandpoint to view properties. As a result, some were sold before I could get there. Nevertheless, Brittney was always patient, supportive and positive - offering words of encouragement. She was right, I now own my little piece of Idaho heaven. I will use her for my next purchase and have recommended her to my brother and nephew.

Buyer reviewI liked Brittney from the moment I met her with my children in tow. I knew she was trustworthy and would honor my needs and wants for a home or raw land purchase. She was patient and provided me with the necessary information that I felt comfortable making a purchase in a very short length of time. It was not a simple purchase as there were extra builder addendums that needed to be negotiated and put in writing prior to closing escrow and an easement that needed to be defined and recorded with the sale of the property. I had a lot going on personally so I really depended on her to put our best interests forward with the Seller's agent which I think she accomplished fairly with integrity and honesty!
