Had previously worked with Brooke and she listens to our wants/needs before even really looking for something to buy when selling our house. We were able to do a quick sale. When we decided to put our house up Brooke already had someone she knew that was interested in something like what we were selling and in the right price range. Brooke was very helpful when it came to answering our questions no matter the time of day or how silly the question may have been. She listened to our concerns and help guide us to where we were wanting to go. Brooke is very knowledgeable, polite, and fun to work with. She made selling our property very easy.
