I have two beautiful daughters and four grandsons. I am married to Elaine, my soulmate. I enjoy travel, table tennis, martial arts, and plants.

But I needed Bruce to show me the house within 24/ hours because it was listed 5 minutes from the time I was stalking the web site. The property was in a popular area in West Philadelphia and I didn't want to miss a chance to bid, like I did in the past. Just twelve hours later and without hesitation Bruce rearranged his schedule to show me the house and after 90 days we finally closed.
