I obtained my real estate license in the Spring of 2009 just before graduating from West Florence High School. I graduated college in the Fall of 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Information Management Systems and a minor in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Upstate. In 2012, while still in college, I began selling Real Estate with Century 21 Blackwell and Company, and have since received various awards such as "Multi-Million Dollar Producer" and "Quality Service Producer" for over 7 years. Seller reviewNot being from the area,we were looking for an agent to assist with the sell of my mother's home. Bryce came highly recommended to us from from a friend in South Carolina. When we first met with Bryce he was very professional and sensitive to my needs as my mother had passed away earlier in the year. Bryce made recommendations on what we should improve to ensure the house was ready to be listed. Offers came in and Bryce would give his honest opinion on accepting vs. submitting counter offers vs just saying NO! Bryce is more than just a realtor looking to make a sell and get his commission, he is committed to ensuring the Clients need are met!! Choose Bryce every time!

In doing so, he helped me to realize: I needed to upgrade my search without feeling pressured. What he also did without realizing it, he showed us his love for family and how the home needs to connect with everyone. Bryce, I hope we've found a friend for life. Bryce was professional, he didn't pressure me into buying something I didn't want. He was honest about decisions I was making when asking for his professional expertise. Ultimately he allowed me to choose MY home and that meant a lot!
