Buyer reviewFrom the first time we spoke to Caitlin over the phone... to the day of closing, she was on the ball! Any listings that came up that we felt would fit our needs, she expeditiously scheduled a viewing. To accommodate our schedule, she lined up 8 houses in 1 day for us to visit. The house that we finally put an on offer on was already under contract. But, Caitlin worked closely with the selling agent to get us in. She couldn't change the sellers mind on the asking price, but she helped us write the offer with closing costs paid by the seller. She was responsive, listened to our concerns, and answered our questions. I believe she is a great realtor.
