Buyer reviewAs first-time homebuyers searching from out of state, my partner and I were looking for an agent we could trust, who was knowledgeable about the process, and patient in answering all of our questions. We also wanted someone who we felt confident was working proactively to find us the right house in an incredibly competitive real estate market (especially since we weren't able to be there in person for any part of the process!) ...We found all of this with Calile! She did dozens of virtual showings, pointing out all pros and cons of each house. She was easy to communicate with and always available via text or phone for questions. It truly felt like she was just as invested as we were in finding the right home. Thank you, Calile!

We had a lot of questions! She was able to explain every one in a way we understood, and was confident she could make our tight time frame work. Calile handled every aspect of the purchase with efficiency and attention to detail, kept us in the loop, and gave us super helpful advice along the way. She found us a home we loved and got us under contract and inspected in record time- all during a time when most people were on Christmas break! We've been in our house for about 9 months and have loved every minute of it. Calile was right about all the quirks she pointed out during the tours- both the good and bad ones! I recommend Calile to literally everyone looking for a realtor and will certainly use her again in the future.

Calile is extremely honest. She's great about telling me when a property is not for me. She treats YOUR search as if SHE was making a purchase herself. She's great about communicating with each party in the process. She's a tough negotiator; In each purchase, I got great deals! I'm always in good hands with Calile and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone!

Seller reviewCalile Dethomas provided support and made our sale process easy during a stressful time. Calile was fantastic in walking us through the process at the beginning so we would understand the steps and what would happen. She visited our home and made suggestions for pre-sale improvements to help us get the best price for our home - including prioritizing what we shoudl do. She made great recommendations about handyman, cleaners, etc to help us finish the work. As we thought about timing, Calile helped us understand the market and ensure our home was on the market at the perfect time in terms of competition in our neighborhood. And on top of that, Calile was kind, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend her to others and enjoyed working with her on the sale of our home.
