We were able to go at our own pace and never felt any pressure to close on something. She also helped us figure out what was most important to us when buying our first house which helped give us peace of mind when making that final decision. Everyone always says how difficult it is to find and buy a house but with Candida's guidance, knowledge, and support the process went smoothly. Starting with preparing the house for showing, making us aware of the the comparable houses in the area and pricing our house accordingly. I believe that is the reason we had good traffic and offers right from the beginning. Even after we had agreed to a sale, she aggressively sought a backup buyer which it turned out we needed. The backup buyer turned out to be the ultimate purchaser at our full asking price and I believe that saved us at least 60 days of process because we didn't have to start from scratch when the first deal fell through. Also, she was very responsive whether by e-mail, telephone or text. She always responded the same day, no exceptions.
