Buyer reviewCandide is an awesome realtor. She worked with me through my schedule and was accommodating to my schedule for viewing properties. She picked me up and dropped me off as needed and arranged and met me at properties with short notice. She was very thorough and pointed out defects and problems i did not see. She was a great teacher and explained details equipment and materials used as some sites. She also learned what I was looking for and what my check boxes on a property was desired. She caught errors made by other realtors as well as made sure that we had all documents in hand before placing an offer in for a property Candide is very professional, thorough and courteous and should be used as a model for what a realtors job entail. Sadly my husband passed away last year and I really needed to move on. Candide made this whole process so easy. She put everything on herself. I hardly had to do anything other then show up for settlement. I consider her family and always will.

Seller reviewCandide Rayle was exceptional in the sale of our house. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and accessible. Her knowledge helped us when a large company made a cash offer on our house. She warned us of some things that we would not have considered. This gave us time when the things that she warned us about did in fact happen to help our decision on the best way forward. She also was very proactive in this regard providing professional estimates on probable requests by the buyer. She was very accessible toward the end of the negotiation which was critical in a successful final agreement and sale. Her overall experience and knowledge was critical in the sale and kept everything on track I would highly recommend Candide to anyone who desires to sell their home.
