Caren was very hard working from the start, from open houses to following up with potential buyers to gage their interest. Caren was also very easy to get a hold of and always made her self accessible, which when selling or buying a house is always nice to have from your agent. I would highly recommend using Caren if you are looking to Sell, or Buy!

Caren Dana Cren was very friendly and did not make me feel rushed in finding the right property for me. She went above and beyond to be of assistance to me during helping me find the right fit When I was out of town she did the walk thru for me and kept me informed by photos and represented me so that I was assured that I felt comfortable not being able to attend. Caren also offered me help in securing insurance and other valuable information. Thank you Caren for being a fantastic and competent realtor.

Caren was on top of the entire purchase from the contract to the final closing. She was involved in trying to keep the loan process moving; which was very challenging. They loan approval and process was a horrible experience however Caren was kind a jovial through the entire transaction!. From the beginning Caren worked with me with my requirements for my home even when the parameters changed. She was amazing and met with us to see many properties in a single day and regardless of what we liked and didn't like she was very patient and understood everything that we wanted and didn't want. When we finally found our home she worked with the sellers. The home was for sale by owner and they needed help to complete the paperwork for the sale which Caren assisted and provided! Great experience and would not hesitate to use this Century 21 office again. Caren was excellent as previously explained and would use her again for buying property.

After meeting Caren and Julia at their open house, our son encouraged us to work with them (we are out of state buyers), so we did. Caren and Julia were FANTASTIC to work with. They were personable, patient, and ALWAYS available. We flew in for a quick weekend from Nebraska to view homes. They had a plan in place and even stuck with us for more home searches in another area we had not considered. It was a long day!! Day 2, we found our dream home and put in an offer. From offer to closing there was never a day/moment that they were not able to step in on our behalf as our eyes and ears, hands and feet... again, we are out of state buyers so we could not be there for inspections, appraisal, etc. Whatever we needed to have scheduled at the house, they were there. Communication was timely, always. Home buying has its stressful moments and when my husband let his emotions out a bit on them, they were both extremely poised, and empathetic, never ever wavering in their desire to do whatever they could to put his mind at ease. And that's exactly what they did. They left no stone un-turned to make sure we were confident in our home purchase. Even after purchase, Caren is still helping us with contractors, meeting them at our home for bids. It's amazing. I honestly cannot say enough great things about these two ladies. Julia and Caren are a dynamic duo. If you want someone you can trust to always do the right thing on your behalf, to really make you feel like you are their only customer, I could even say to make you feel as though you are family - they are your gals. Thank you both from the bottom to the top of our hearts for everything you have done and STILL continue to be so willing and able to do on our behalf. We adore and appreciate you!!
