Buyer reviewCari has exceeded our expectations when purchasing our new home. We contacted Cari as soon as we knew we would be moving back to the DFW area from Amarillo. To our surprise our Amarillo house sold very quickly, therefore putting pressure on Cari to find us a new home quicker than expected. Cari busted her butt, going to multiple houses, contacting other agents, and providing us with all of the necessary information to make an informed decision from miles away. Cari is a hard worker, wonderful communicator, educated in the surrounding areas, and always willing to answer questions or concerns you might have. We are forever grateful for Cari and would recommend her to anyone purchasing a new home.

She found out what we wanted to do and what we needed to do and how fast we needed it done and proceeded with a plan that worked out and went down just like a Dysney movie! We had a few hiccups along the way with the buyers but stayed with the course as we all believed we had the right buyers for the property. Seller reviewWhen we decided to put the house on the market and found Cari, we knew the Lord planted her in our lives for more reasons than just selling a house. She jumped right in and started planning the best way to get the job done, but also met the goals that we had set for selling. Before we knew it, we had several open houses and showings. She was great with communicating buyers thoughts on the property and gave suggestions when needed. Cari is the real deal. She treated us like family. To us that means alot. Once we sold, Cari helped us with find and purchase our new home. We highly recommend Cari to everyone.
