Carla is a rare person in that she has the most positive attitude I've ever come across! She made every step of the process super easy and worry free. She made it all so simple with online documents. She saw only the good qualities in the property and made me feel like it was a little gem! Carla also was reassuring to the max - she was very confident the home would sell quickly, and it did! It sold in a few hours after it went live. She believed closing would be faster than usual, and it was. I don't know how she knew all these things other than she is a very highly skilled and experienced veteran realtor! Carla knows the business extremely well, she is great at what she does and she is very personable and caring. I give Carla my highest recommendation without any reservations because she is truly an awesome realtor! Carla Ebert Keinitz should teach realtor classes! She is a model of how to do the job and treat people, she is just one in a million! Carla was a blessing! I started looking for a home in 2020 with another realtor but the same lender. It was a processed that really frustrated me and I didn't feel like I was being helped like I should. Fast forward to 2021 I started talking to Carla from the internet and she called me immediately. I felt very comfortable with Carla on our first house walk for these reasons. 1. Carla was so nice, knowledgeable and understand she spent a lot of time with me telling me what to look for. She made me want the very first house but they accepted another contract on it. Carla kept in contact with me about different homes. She took my calls anytime of the day even when I mistook her mother for her LOL. When I saw my future home on a Sunday, I immediately called Carla but she was booked all day. I told Carla that I really needed to see this one so she called the listing agent to meet me here. I called Carla and asked her to right up an offer for this place. On July 18th Carla called me in the evening to give me the good news. So now for the next 2 months I had a hard time with my lender even ready to just give up on this. Carla acted more like a family member than my realtor. That is how much she cared for what I wanted. Carla had to talk me out of it a few times and I listened because she built a trust with me. In conclusion, I am so so pleased with the work Carla put into me getting this house. I would recommended Carla to anyone who wants to live in NWI. I hope to send her more people that is looking for a home. She is a 10 our of 10 on my scale.
