I have worked in the medical field for the past 18 years. My experience in customer service at Columbus Regional Hospital and most recently with Southern Indiana Orthopedics has prepared me for this exciting new career. You can expect to receive the same great individual attention I extended to my medical clients to continue in my real estate career. I will guide you through each step of the home buying/selling process. I moved to Columbus in 1994 with my husband, Larry and two children, Courtnie and Michael. We recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. Larry is a Sales Representative with Bob Poynter in Columbus. Courtnie lives in Carmel, Indiana and teaches with Hoosier Academy. Michael is completing his degree in Sports Management at IPFW in Ft Wayne, IN and is JV coach for Churubusco High School. Our family enjoys being part of East Columbus Christian Church and participating in activities in our great community. I am also a huge football and basketball fan. She really learned what we liked and found it. She is kind, on top of the whole process, and an excellent communicator. Carla was not pushy at all. She took her time with us and really looked for homes she thought we would be interested in. She pointed out the pros of each home, as well as the cons which are equally important. Seller reviewCarla promptly had a great photographer come and take pictures and produce a video for further advertisement outside of Columbus. She was also great coordinating Open houses before and after each holiday season to get the best potential buyers to walk thru the house. We were very satisfied with Carla Janikowski and all that she did to get our home sold. Buyer reviewCarla was very helpful. Being a our first home we had a lot of questions. She always made sure they were answered or found out the answer. She also helped us a ton with the lender. Helping us get questions answered or helping us stay in contact with them. Everyone was very nice and polite. We also greatly appreciated them understanding that we had to have kids with us. We don't have much help with them, so this was a big thing for us. Again, we really appreciate everyone understanding and being patient with them.
