The house was in the market for less than a week, so Carla did an excellent job in this process. I couldn't have asked her to do a better job. Once again value this employee because people like her are hard to find.

Buyer reviewI was dealing with a different (not so good) realtor before contacting Carla Ortiz and as soon as I switched to her, everything started going smoothly and all my questions were answered. What stood out to me the most was her patience and understanding. Being a first time home buyer I wasn't 100% sure what I was looking for and so I changed my mind many times and Carla still handled everything in a professional manner and making sure to take the time to understand my needs. There were times she could've made an easy sale with houses that I liked but instead, she gave me her honest opinion when it wasn't one that would be good for me. At the end of it all, i ended up choosing a foreclosure house which I was able to get for way less than asking price because of Carla's advice. While other realtors would shoot for the most expensive so they can get a better paycheck, Carla Ortiz didn't mind helping me get a really cheap house if it meant me being happy with my purchase. Thank you Carla.

My daughter recommended her, and she truly is a very professional and hard working realtor. Speaks English and Spanish very well, amazing person! Best realtor I've had. She always made sure my husband and I knew accurate information each time we saw a home, and which fit our budget, which was great! She handled everything very well! Carla was always on time during our house showings, and always called us and made sure we were able to make it. She was also very easy to reach, very punctual, very kind and very respectful! Also reasons why I recommend her! My overall experience was great. Now my husband and I live in a home that was within our budget, and also a very safe home in great condition and no work needs to be done!
