From the first time I've met Carla Stokes, I knew right and there that we were going to get along just fine. She is very professional and knowledgeable. My favorite thing was, if she did not have an answer for your question, she made sure that she doesn't falsely lead you on. She conducted her homework and made sure you understood everything that was going on. Overall great Agent. Carla and I have been searching for my investment property for some time now. I have had some bad luck on my behalf. She remained very patient throughout the process and never did she let her hopes down that we were going to close on the right property. I've only had one other experience, so I do not really remember the detail. I have closed on the property that is all i know. At that time I was young and did not pay too much attention to details. I have been recommending Carla to anybody I have talk to that is interested in buying property. Because I am confident that she will get the job done!!
