I am a true native of Northern Virginia, born and raised. I even choose to remain in the area to attend college at George Mason University in Fairfax. After a 15 year career in Corporate IT marketing and sales I decided to embark on a career in real estate. I thought my professional marketing and sales background and my intimate knowledge of Northern Virginia were a winning combination and 17 years later I am proud to say I was correct! Many real estate agents take a transactional approach to sales, however my business has been built on the fundamental concept of SERVICE; a concept that on so many levels has gone by the way-side in our fast-paced world. Referrals now account for over 82% of my annual business and I am a proud recipient of the Century 21 Quality Service Pinnacle award for Superior Performance. Seller reviewCarla was able to break down the sale process in terms that were easily understood. She did the comps in our neighborhood and accepted our input regarding the sale price. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed of how responsive Carla was to our phone calls, emails, and text messages--at no time did we feel we were "in the dark" regarding the sale of our home. Throughout the process, my wife and I felt Carla truly represented our best interests. There was no doubt in our minds that Carla was our real estate agent and would do her best to sell our home. In every aspect, Carla exceeded our expectations. We are truly grateful for all she has done for us.

She has a great reputation in the real estate community and also from the people living in the Chantilly community. Carla was right on top of her game every step of the way. She had a plan for marketing my home, had the yard sign up ahead of time, and had the brochures done in time for the open house. She had contacted other agents to promote my home. The terms of the listing agreement and the offers I received were explained in detail. Excellent in every aspect. Very professional and fights for her clients. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Carla.

She had deep knowledge of our community and therefor was able to market the house emphasizing its features and doing so in the context of the surrounding area. Most important was her assistance in pricing our home appropriately; selecting the best time to enter the market and securing the price we believed our home was worth. Overall a great experience.
