Seller reviewI walked into the office in Morton not knowing what to expect, but hoping to find an assertive, tenacious agent that I could trust and had local resources. The home I needed to sell was recently inherited from my father whom had died a few days earlier. I Could not have asked for a better agent to represent me and my family. Since I live in Colorado and the home for sale is in rural Washington, I relied heavily on Caro to be my eyes and ears. When I initially interviewed Caro, I immediately felt confident that she was trustworthy and would do her best to act in my best interest. I never would have imagined how true this was; Caro is EXACTLY what we needed, She fought for our position, She is a no-nonsense, straight shooter who gets things done and gets them done the RIGHT way. Caro helped me navigate the county inspection process with delicate diplomacy, yet she helped me deal with frustrating contractors with great authority. Caro is the ultimate business professional.
