Seller reviewThe fact that Carol Ann is a resident in the same community was a USP to start with. Her proactive attitude,quick follow up and professionalism all over was a decisive factor. We had already worked with her for years in securing seasonal leases for the condo and were eager to also enlis her for the sale. As we live in a different continent, Carol Ann was very flexible in timing of communications etc and researching the different angles with us not being Americans.

She has a real understanding of the local real estate market. She is dedicated to your sale or purchase. She is easy to contact and very responsive. She is polite and friendly but can be tough and determined if the situation requires it. I can honestly say I've recommended her to work associates. They are as enthusiastic about her work performance as I am. It's a real pleasure dealing with Carol Ann.

Almost everything that could go wrong did. However, Carol Ann went out of her way to make sure we ended up in our dream home. She talked back into reality when necessary - something we greatly appreciate - and coached us when necessary as well. We knew as soon as we met her (referred by a friend - whom was also a very happy client). It was comforting to know that she was handling all of our negotiating. We can't recommend Carol Ann enough!
