I was looking for my new home and Carol Ann was there for me every step of the way. She answered all my questions, followed up with me to make sure I took care of the next steps, whether scheduling the inspector to getting the paperwork completed to the seller's title company, everything in between. I was nervous and stressed getting thru this whole process, and Carol Ann was encouraging that I was doing great. I think I've said it all, but if asked to be specific, what I can say is that my situation was a whirlwind. I live abroad and am a first time home buyer, was in the midst of a divorce, AND healing from serious injuries for which I was receiving treatment. This is all to say I had further complications than usual (taxes, time differences, lack of knowledge, other financial and emotional duress). Carol Ann helped in all areas, putting me in touch w/ knowledgeable people to help me w/ my particular tax/ living abroad issues for a mortgage, actively locating properties that fit my specific requests, informing and educating me throughout the entire process, often holding my hand and giving me the personal care and attention I really needed to finalize from A-Z w/ all the other things I had going on. She absolutely went above and beyond what her job required to assist me and help secure the property I desired. She is more than a smart, proactive, hardworking professional, she is an empathetic and considerate individual, which makes her a true gem in her profession, and as an employee of Century 21. Cannot thank her enough.

Carol Ann made the total process of buying my first home simple and satisfying. She was always available to answer any questions I had. I really could not have done this as a older single woman without her. We were very impressed with another of Carol's listing in our complex. She did an excellent job describing that property and the photographs she published for the property were top notch. That is one of the reasons why we contacted her directly to discuss listing our property. We always felt very comfortable that Carol kept us well informed of what was happening each step of the way. Even though some time would lapse between showings, she would still contact us to give us her views of what was happening in the area. This was important, since we were living out of state at the time we were trying to sell this property. Carol always treated us with respect. She professional and honest. We are very glad that we selected Carol to work with us.
