Seller reviewCarol's unique knowledge of the area contributed to the correct listing price as well the decision we made to ultimately put the house on the market when we did. Communication and follow-up was amazing, as well as her advice, when we had specific questions. Carol and July made the quick-sale follow-up "paper work" as painless as possible, contributing along the way. Carol made the experience much more tolerable that we have experienced in the past and we would highly recommend here.

Buyer reviewCarol did an outstanding job of understanding our needs for the new home. She only selected specific homes that fit the exact description of the home we were looking for. If the proposed home was not a fit, she would go out and find another, and within about 3 or 4 tries, she found the perfect house for us. I cannot give Carol enough credit, and we are really happy with the home she found for us. The all "excellent" grades that I gave Carol is not a mistake and it's not me being lazy. She really was that good. She helped us every step of the way and was as excited for us as we were with the new house. Carol is now one of our many friends because of this wonderful transaction. This is the third time in my lifetime that I have bought a home. By far, this was the fastest and most friendly experience of all. I sure am glad I had Carol on my side.
