While my family's roots are back in New Jersey, I have lived in the Sunshine State for most of my life. I have been fortunate enough to have lived on both coasts and even spent time in the panhandle obtaining a bachelor's degree from Florida State University. With its wealth of natural resources, excellent investment opportunities, and thriving tourism industry, Florida has much to offer in the area of real estate.

Buyer reviewCarol put us at ease because purchasing a home across the state isn't easy. Personally, I really appreciate and value open lines of communication, and Carol provided it. Even in the course of knee surgery and rehabilitation, she gave us the feeling that we were the most important issue at the moment. Buyer reviewDeveloping my list of criteria was an ongoing process -- the more things Carol showed me, the better I understood what I needed to have. Carol went through the process actively -- and patiently -- as I educated myself and solidified my requirements I live out of town, but Carol was always available when I was in Florida. She took me out to the house, measured rooms, rugs, and furniture. It was like at houses with a girlfriend. The construction of my house was delayed several times. I feel that the builder deceived me several times and I was NOT happy. Carol was a terrific help -- dealing with the salesman, dealing with ME -- keeping on top of the situation and giving me progress reports. She was the only person in this situation whom I trusted. She was always calm and professional, a reliable source of good counsel. I feel I really lucked out in finding Carol.
