Seller reviewafter researching online and interviewing in person I felt that her personal knowledge, Community connections and office team were right for selling a home for out if town sellers Obviously from my answers , we were more than satisfied with Carole Anne's selling and negotiating skills and the results that were achieved Her accessibility and knowledge made this difficult sale to difficult buyers much more bearable to us as out of area sellers Everyone at the office from the clerical staff to the gentleman who arranged for relocation of home furnishings to the contractors that Carole Anne referred were great. Extreme care was taken to insure repairs , and deadlines were met..........We cannot think of anything that C 21 Catapano could have done to complete the sale of this property Love dealing with Carole Anne and her Staff and recommended Attorney. Hated doing business in Democratic N.Y

Seller reviewCarole Ann contacted me 2 years prior to my listing and I was not ready. She left in touch but never pushed me. When I was ready, she was a big help to understand the market and position the hose price in order to be realistic but also to get what I was expected from the sale. Carole Ann sister (broker as well) had the 3rd open house that lead for the hose sell in less then 3 weeks. It was excellent, smooth and fast. Well done.

Seller reviewCarole Ann Catapano keep us informed at all times about the progress of the sale even that we were not there. When we came home you could not tell that anyone was in the house. The fact that there where many snow days during the sale it was nice to see the house did not show it. Carole Ann was right on to of everything. She did a great job .

One thing that Teri said to us and I will always remember is "if you are not comfortable with the house now you will not be in 5 years from now...walk away". I respected that. They also looked out for our best interest in brokering this deal and was there for all the important milestones.
