Seller reviewSelling the house for my brother was a complicated process involving family from out of state and Caroline made it SO easy. She explained everything, offered her opinions which were desperately needed and most importantly, was literally on call for us whenever we needed her. She even came over to the house one night when we were all together with tons of questions - talk about on call! Thanks Caroline, we couldn't have done it without you!

We were a little anxious as first-time sellers and she made the process as smooth as can be. When it came to buying a new house, we were unsure whether we wanted to look for land to build on or buy a house. She was extremely patient with us throughout the whole process as we were in no hurry to find a new house and wanted to take our time finding our forever home. Caroline helped us find a house that we absolutely fell in love with. It was the first offer we placed, and we were honestly shocked when we ended up getting an accepted offer. Caroline's expertise in realty is second to none. She made us feel like family and we felt so comfortable purchasing this home. It was such a great experience. We had so much fun looking at homes with her, we are sad we no longer get to hang out with her! I honestly cannot recommend Caroline enough whether you are buying or selling, she excels in everything!
