Buyer reviewWe knew Carolyn Craig from a previous home purchase. When our daughter found the home she wanted this time, she contacted Carolyn to facilitate negotiations for the short sale and to provide background information on the property that was not readily accessible. Carolyn was most helpful, efficient and professional. We trust Carolyn will be able to sell our daughter's current home once she moves her family into the newly-purchased one.

Buyer reviewWe started looking in South Carolina and North Carolina for the new city in which to retire in the next few years. We chose Kinston as one of our choices. We came in to Kinston very blind on who we might want to work with so we decided to go with Carolyn. After meeting with Carolyn we knew we made the right choice. She made us feel very comfortable, was friendly, witty and knew the city quite well as she has lived there for a number of years. During the course of the year that we took to make a decision on the home, she stayed in contact with us and never dropped the ball. We could always ask Carolyn questions about anything. She was honest, forthright and responded very quickly. In our opinion she is a superlative agent and would without hesitation refer her to anybody who might be interested in moving to Kinston. Buyer reviewI had good knowledge of the Kinston area, but needed someone familiar with the individual properties. Carolyn did great chasing down leads I would find on Zillow and Trulia and would quickly let me know specifics about each one and get them lined up for showings.
