Seller reviewWe contacted Carolyn Jones at the onset of selling our property, and before we even signed the contract for agency, she was already helping us with clarity of contract for the property coming off of a lease. Once that was cleared up and lease closed, she went right to work on promoting the sale with adverts on line and keeping us updated. There were a lot of viewings, and the buyer put an offer on the property less then a month into it. She was superb in her guidance getting this done for us all the way to the closing.

Carolyn Jones lived up to the great recommendation given to us from our neighbor who has contracted with Carolyn on more than 1 property. Our experience over all was top notch. Carolyn sold our home during the pandemic AND in a neighborhood that was still building brand new homes as competition for same pool of buyers.
