I'd previously listed this property, years ago, as "For Sale by Owner," and it was crickets! I know markets change, but I'm still a little in awe at how quickly Carolyn moved it! She helped us get the house ready, making suggestions that saved us money but still had the house in great shape for showing. And, all of this from Colorado? It was so wonderful to have Carolyn's expertise, and it was more amazing to rest easy because we could trust her implicitly every step of the way. Her level of integrity and expertise is exceptional.

Carolyn is the best. She has represented on 3 sales and 2 purchases and has done a stellar job each time. she is a great communicator and is a wealth of local knowledge. Her greatest attribute, I think is that she strives to make every transaction a win win for all parties. If you use Carolyn I garrantee you will have a friend for life and will not ever consider another agent.
