When I purchased the home, she very persistent in making sure the process was done appropriately and quickly. This home had a lot of hoops to go through, but she consistently kept me updated and made sure everything was done correctly. Carolyn is also very familiar with who to contact for any additional needs. For example, she had recommendations for paint and roof repairs. She even took the time to set all of this up for me. Carolyn went above and beyond, I truly enjoyed working with her. My significant other even asked me, "Do you even want to close on this house or are you going to be too disappointed you won't be able to talk to Carolyn anymore?" She is an exceptional realtor and great to work with.
