Buyer reviewI have trouble trusting people and I put all my trust in Carrie and there wasn't one time , day or hour that I didn't trust Carrie she was amazing through the entire process and she didn't stop with just the purchasing of the condo , she helped with all the logistics that go along with it , the utilities , the lawyer , HOA and many more Thank you Carrie You are amazing

She listened to what our needs were and always made us feel comfortable when reaching out with whatever questions we might have. Buyer reviewCarrie Alessi is fantastic and such a pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of the area and living in the resort was very helpful to help our buying experience almost flawless and certainly less stressful. We live out of state so having a process that works where we did not have to travel back and forth for closing was also great. Carrie was with us every step of the way providing resources for home inspectors, to local contractors in the area and not to mention everything we needed to set up utilities. Could not have asked for more! We will us Carrie Alessi again if needed and recommend her to our family and friends.
