Buyer reviewCarrie went above and beyond in helping us purchasing our vacation home. We are from out of state, Carrie showed an excellent knowledge of the local market and which condos to look at based on our criterion and expectations. She arranged our schedule to fit showings when I was in MB. She knows how to remain objective but her advice were essential to our making a decision. Once we returned home, she was very accommodating in helping with the home inspection, taking measurements for us. Closing was a breeze. Loved and will highly recommend Carrie to anyone looking for a realtor in the grand strand.

Buyer reviewCarrie Amick was beyond accommodating and patient in our extensive home search when we recently relocated to the area. She never seemed annoyed or frustrated by our seemingly ever-changing criteria as we began to get more familiar with the housing market in the area. She was also very prompt and proactive in contacting us about new listings, price reductions and any change in status of properties we were interested in. If we had to do this all over again, I would not want anyone other than Carrie to assist us!
